Java open source Software Engineer - Java / J2EE RDBMS Software Engineer - Java Scalability Engineer - Java / J2EE Server Performance Engineer
If you are a Java / J2EE Sr. Engineer with an in depth web 2.0 open source technology environment and you are looking to join a core team at one of hottest technology start up companies, please read on. we need a strong Java / J2EE server side engineer that has a solid background in open source technologies and has previous experience working in successful start ups.
What you need for this position:
-5+ years of Java / J2EE server side architecture and implementation
-Experience architectural solutions for high volume web applications
-You enjoy and thrive on solving highly complex and data intensive problems
-Hibernate, Spring, Webservices, Oracle and MySQL experience
-Any time with Hadoop, Pig, *nix, and distributed computing is a big plus
-Any experience with cloud computing software (EC2, VmWare, GAE, etc)
What you'll be doing:
-Full life cycle web 2.0 product development
-Work and communicate with all players involved in the product development cycle (product / project managers, QA, CTO, etc.)
-Wearing multiple hats....in a fast paced start up the ability to do this is expected.
